Bemidji Area Schools District Health Services recognizes the relationship between student health status and their ability to learn. District Health Services is committed to providing the best health services possible to students at all levels.

Goals for District School Health Services

• To provide a safe school environment for students of all levels.
• To provide basic screening of vision and hearing.
• To establish communicable disease prevention and control procedures.
• To establish emergency care procedures.
• To monitor and assist students with chronic health conditions.
