Bemidji High School Athletics/Activities Registration Information
Before a student may practice with their respective activity, they must:
| PHYSICALS |
| Category I Activities |
Physicals for all 7–12 athletics are required every three (3) years. This, by MSHSL rules is to be on file in the Bemidji High School or Bemidji Middle School activity office before practice starts. No physical on hand, No practice! |
| STUDENT ACTIVITY FEE |
| Category I Activities |
Grades 9–12 Fee $70.00 ($70.00 for the first activity and $60.00 for each activity thereafter). This fee must be paid before the student reports to his her first practice. |
| Category II Activities |
Grade 9–12 Fee $70.00 (one time fee that covers all Category II Activities). This fee must be paid before the student reports to his/her first practice. |
| ELIGIBILITY FORMS |
| Category I Activities |
Forms to be signed by each athlete/parent, such as MSHSL Athletic Eligibility Information, MSHSL Parent’s Permit and Health Questionnaire, and Insurance Waiver must be on file in the Activity Office before the student reports to his / her first practice. |

Students in grades 9-12, who expect to participate in co-curricular activities during the 2010-11 school year, and their parent are expected to attend a meeting
Fall Sports:
Tuesday August 10th at 6:00 p.m. at the Bemidji High School. (Rooms for each individual sports will be posted at the door.)
Winter and Spring will be announced at a later date.
