TEAMS:
Aitkin, Bemidji, BCLBI, Cloquet, Greenbush Middle River Badger, Nashwauk Keewatin, Little Falls, Perham, Roseau and Royalton
WEIGH-IN/Skin Check:
Teams will weigh-in at 8:00a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14th at Bemidji High School. Wrestlers will get a two -pound allowance based on teams wrestling Thursday and Friday evening in addition to the two-pound January growth allowance. 106 will be 110, 113 will be 117 etc.
SEEDING:
The seeding meeting will be conducted by Tim Hinrichs. We will seed wrestlers with a winning record and draw the remaining positions in each weight class. This meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. in the Lumberjack Room near the commons.
ADMISSION PRICES:
$6.00 for adults $3.00 for students.
AWARDS:
The Varsity Champion, Runner-up and third place finishers in each weight class will receive medals. The Varsity Team Champion and Team Runner-up will receive a trophy.
Junior Varsity will be a team event.
There will be awards for undefeated wrestlers and a trophy for 1st and 2nd places.
LOCKER ROOMS:
Supply your own towels, locks and make arrangements to store valuables. Locker assignments will be posted in the corridor to the east of the main gym.
SCHEDULE:
Varsity wrestling begins at 10am, JV at 9am.
