Students in the Foods Around the World class had the option to register for a cooking session with Ms. Kinnander.  Once the students registered we cooked together by joining in a Google Meet.  The recipe prepared was a modified French recipe called Brioche au Chocolat, Ms. Kinnander’s favorite recipe from class. Brioche is a sweet type of bread.  This recipe adds a little chocolate in the center so it becomes a chocolate pastry.  It was fun and the end products turned out great.  Top Chef should be on the lookout for these contenders.
