Phi pod celebrated their 24th annual Chinese food day.  Mrs. Valerie Olson made chicken stir-fry, rice for her 125 students who took up the challenge eating this food using only chopsticks.  The students were adventurous and tried many Asian dishes like- seaweed, wasabi peas, pocky, fortune cookies, plum, tamarind, white rabbit, and hi chew candies.  As well as many other wonderful foods. Superintendent Lutz paid us a special visit along with several parents.  It was a wonderful experience!
