How can parents help their children at home?

Many parents will want to know how they can help their children with reading skills at home.  A teacher, at his or her discretion, may provide both general and intervention-specific strategies to parents.  For a list of resources for parents, go to the “Interventions and Instructional Supports”  section of this plan.
